Hi Ana, so glad you are jumping on the bandwagon. I am so excited over my CO I'm like a little girl with a new toy. The il I had previously bought was from Spectrum Naturals at $5.49. Yes much cheaper, but so is the quality. After receiving the Tropical Traditions oil is when I was able to compare the inferior quality of the first oil in terms of color, taste and texture.
Our forum friend MentalNomad (Caitlin Lorraine), a few days ago had directed us to a link; Wilderness Family. This is not only a site with a very winsome and wholesome family story, but they offer CO's from the South Pacific and India as well as the Philippines. They have a comparison of all three oils with prices which is very helpful.
Speaking of rice, I was able to fulfill my dream of Jasmine rice with CO and Celtic Sea Salt . Wonderful!!
ALthough I still haven't taken it to the ultimate, which is Thai coconut rice and mango. Yum yum (:-D
