Re: How much Coconut oil

If you keep using coconut oil on your skin, soon you will look to young for Ashton! Your post made me laugh. I bought some CO about a month ago and eat a tablespoon per day and also use it as a night moisturizer- I love it!

By the way, I am almost out of my Garden of Life oil and noticed that Omega makes some that is much less expensive. They seem to be a very good company, can anyone recomend their oil?
