How much Coconut oil

A while back, I bought some C/O at co-op health food store without reading all the info on the lable, big mistake, found out that it was refined, very disappointed. After reading a few posts on wonders of coconut oil, I decided to order some from Tropical Traditions, and can hardly wait for it to arrive. I have two questions: #1 Are you supposed to take a couple of Tablespoons at a one time or spread them out over the day. # 2 How much do you use on the hair (I have shoulder lenght hair)? Thanks so much. I just love the Cure Zone, I have learned so much here.
