I wouldn't take that much omega 3. Saturated fats will greatly improve omega 3 and 6 absorption and utilisation, so eat a lot of saturated fats.
Polyinsaturated fats tend to be too fragile and should be limited.

I don't know what diet route you are following, but I believe that you should eat at least as many fat as protein (in grams).
Coconut oil, butter (or ghee, which is a much purer milk fat), even suet are great source of saturated fats.

One great recipe that requires a dehydrator is the traditional pemmican from the american indians: melted suet mixed with ground (a blender works well) dried lean meat (jerky). They didn't clog their arteries with this, despite many diet dictocrats who would believe that you'd die from such a food.
