Re: FOOD & Carbohydrates & Sugar

Hi Squeaky,
As I said, I am new. That means I dont know who MH is or what NT theory is.
i have heard of MH but as far as I know this is just 2 letters. pls use english.

Looks like I didnt mention the level of consumption of my foods such as soy, fruit, and deli meats.....

I drink Soy milk because it is better than regular Milk. and i get mucusy. i like the way it tastes. Yea yeah, ive heard people nag and nag on soy milk, but Im new around here and taking baby steps in implementing change. Everything gives you cancer but I BARELY drink Soy only when i have a bowl of cereal or a Soy Chai Tea Latte, but not everyday.
I dont think I'm going to die.

It has only been a month for me to get as far as I am

I get sluggish and tired enough without the caffeine. As for juice, yeah, i'm drinking a small cup, and im not chugging like its a form of life force.

I dont consume cane Sugar everyday either and I've learned to enjoy my oatmeal or oat bran in the morning plain and sometimes without butter.

I buy deli meats because well..there is a job, 3 college classes, homework, 2 pets.
But getting real turkey is probably not a bad idea, and in fact sounds a lot better.
hmm.. you mean like baking a turkey and using leftovers for sandwiches?

I wouldnt know about fermenting veggies , and soaking my toast would make it soggy.

At this point it sort of gets to be information overload and well, honestly it becomes a bigger chore than it should, all these new processes to food preparations. Eating healthier shouldnt become so complicated.

So much information on this site, I feel like Im just flat out being told I shouldn't eat period.

know what I mean?
