Hi, I found a way to eat them! I will use add the finely chopped grains while fermenting yogurt. So chopped grains will also be fermenting the milk at the same time the yogurt culture is working. The recipe I have says to mix 1/3 cup of water with 2 tbs of finely chopped grains in a pan, and boil it 2-3 minutes. This will supposedly become gelatinous. And then one needs to add this to the milk while adding the yogurt culture.
I guess this is a nice way of consuming the grains. I will try it, since I dont want to eat the grains directly as well.
