thanks BUT

From all my research on kefir, I read that it
has sacremecies cervasaie. This is like the bakers/brewers yeast strain. I am fine with sacromecies boulardi though.

From all the products I have tried, and the die-off I have had,
I dont think what I had from kefir was die-off. It was like
a reaction I get when I ingest bee pollen, a throat and lung reaction. Or when I am around pollen, breath it in.
It was severe, like get me up to the hospital severe.

I also got this from Miso, miso has aspergillus orzaye in it, I am allergic to this as well.

I would never use kefir again, unless I new for sure
it was a die-off. I believe it was a alerrgic reaction.

thanks,

Gehna
