Yes, Dr. Vinogard, i've been working with the CDs for 2 years now. Am currently on AL3. It is a wonderful program, though not without effort to deal with the stuff it brings up. Just more detox on every level. At this point i am very pleased at how much easier it is getting to just "be with the present moment" and let go of old reactions/responses that used to drag me down for days.

Re: the pads. I have used them for 2 nights now; one on the left and then one on the right foot. In the morning they both look white in the middle and dark brown around the outer edge. But they are hard all through. Yesterday i put a drop of water on the pad and it turned completely dark brown. Today i cut into the pad and the contents were grayish brown. So it seems that the whole pad contained material that had come out of my body. Should i have left it on longer until the outer cloth became brown as well?
