You're right about the shallow breathing. I know I do that.
I try to breathe properly but find it quite difficult to maintain. I'll have to make more of an effort. I got a great tape from my reflexologist called Tibetian Bowls and find this very soothing and helpful while relaxing and practising deep breathing.
I will take it easy with the oil. When you say you were draining everywhere where do you mean? I feel as though my head and ears are congested or something. Does it drain from there? Sorry to ask what is probably a silly question but even though I have been reading the forums for a while I'm still getting the hang of everything.
