To put it blunty...I just shove that thing as far as I can, then bear down gently and it self adjusts. I squeeze it together to insert it. If you look there with a mirror and can see it, it is not in there far enough. If you feel it, shove it in some more. It cannot get lost, there is no where for it to go. You can practice putting it in and taking it out. I wore a pad the first few times, until I was sure it wouldn't be leaking all over. It has never leaked ~~!!

I really do not remember how much I paid for the things. I got like a case of them! I do remember that it was way cheaper this way but I do not remember where I ordered from.

Our weather is horrible. 57,000 thousand people on our island with no electric today due to high winds and rain....the power lines fell down, posts down all over the island. 73 poles fell down or are leaning. Roads were closed. What a mess. Our area was hit too. Our power was only off for a few hours. High winds....70 mph gusts were reported.
