My computer power supply cut out on me for several days
so i have been unable to use it.
last night my daughter put her supply in my comp and it worked!! so at least now I know what I need to buy!!
I have been spending the week just staying on target with my goals.. and also the supplements i have been taking (newly added in about 2 weeks ago gradually )
i have been noticing that i LOOK healthier and certainly
as youcan see my typing is just getting better all the time.
I have been able even to read soem books for longer periods of time and absorb them in my mind more clearly and quickly.
I am right now starting on the 5 Tibetans book by greg Kilham. since i am not strong enough yet to do the exercises
I am at least doing the breathing and meditation and kundalini meditations also.
I am very excited/ cause in my regular exercises I have now been able to add leg lifts and back leg kicks etc/ still can't doa pushup !! too weak /but i decided to do them standing and push on and off slowly against a wall.
and been working at getting up and down form floor with out holding anything/
anyhow...hope none of you got caught in the bad weather yesterday/ winds rain/ snow etc.
