Wait a little bit, you don't have to take all 4 tbsp of epsom salt.

If you are sensitive, 1 is more then enough.

Take 1/2 tbsp with 1 glass of water in the evening (6 pm) and 1/2 with second glass of water at 8pm.

That way you will not irritate bowel too much.

All you need for the cleanse is 1 tbsp. The rest of ES is only to cause diarrhea.

You can use enema insted, if you don't get diarrhea.
