Re: too busy for cleanse

I know just how you feel! I run a house and am CEO of a small technology company just about to launch its first products (help!) in 4weeks time to one of the worlds biggest IT companies. My partner and I are working every minute and my gallbladder decides to play up now!!

I have had to keep cleansing, but it does not need to interrupt your schedule too much. The only things that I find take up the time are the trips to the loo following the Epsom Salts . The way I have found around this is to take an enema about 2 hours after the Epsom Salts which clears it all out it one go in just a few minutes.

I have never felt too ill to work the following day but perhaps that is just me I know everyone if different.

I do think it is possible to fit a cleanse into a busy schedule and besides, once your liver is clear, you will have much more energy to devote to your life.

I'm sure lots of other people will reply to your post and hopefully with their input you will be able to find a solution to suit you and your busy lifestyle. Always remember though, that it is your body and your own feelings are usually your best guide.
