Yeah, I had a bad spell with this stuff myself. Can get really nasty.

Started with a water only fast for 24 hours. This can give you headaches and all kinds of other strange things. Candida hates being hungry and will do most anything to convince you to eat.

After 24 hours of fasting, Zapping a full 7-7-20-7-7-20-7-7-20-7-7 with copper paddles and footpads will kill a whole lot of Candida. ( 7 minutes at 30 kHz and 7 minutes at 2.5 kHz )

Flushed the Candida out of the intestines with Epsom Salts . ( 1 tblspoon in 8 oz water with a little lemon to help the taste ) Nasty tasting stuff but very effective. Stay by the toilet for the next 8 hours for sure. This stuff can catch you off guard.
