OK, this is a weird question, but I've got to ask...
- I'll start with the story, OK, Yesterday I went on a hike and I ended up taking my shoes off to do some bouldering, well, when I got to the top, there was some poision oak, which I didn't exactly step on, but I did step right where it could have been before some of the group who were wearing shoes, may have stepped on it and moved it. OK, now the other possibility is that the water had some poision oak in it from obove the water fall, also there was birds living in the cave above, and a dead one in the water, which I touched (eWw!). Well, last night when I got home, about 6 hours after the hike, I went to sleep for less then an hour and woke up with my feet and lower legs itching like crazy! Well, I put the Zapper on and it stopped within a couple of minutes or so. So, my question is, is poision oak really a toxin, because the Zapper doesn't kill toxins. - Here are some other factors, I have been going off of dairy and there is a possiblity that I had some earlier yesterday at a potluck, which is generally vegan/vegetarian but there could have been dairy somewhere. I usually get a rash on my lower legs from dairy. OK, so that could have been it, but my feet were itching - It could have been athletes foot from wearing my sister's socks? Kind of curious I guess. :) I know CS really helped my friend's poision oak last year, but that wouldn't mean it was parasitic. Could it be though?
Any comments or thoughts would be appriciated!
