Acne clears up over a couple of weeks, my Hypoglycemia went away in a couple of days, I hit a flu and get it gone in the second session, I can keep a cold away if I get it at the first signs (cold sore, swollen taste bud or canker sore), If I let myself get the cold I can kill it in 3 days to a week if I am fairly persistant, it cured my menstrual cramps, I haven't had a cavity for several years ... etc, those are some things I can think of!
