Re: Do Terminators really work?

Personally, I am on the fence. I have been using mine 24/7 for a couple of weeks, and I have noticed some subtle changes, but it could be placebo...not sure. Anyway, it is nice to know that my issues could not be related to parasites anymore lol.

A couple other thoughts. First of all, you really need to be drinking more than 2-3 glasses of water a day. That could be your problem. You could be very dehydrated, and if these things are doing anything, you need the extra water to flush it all out. I would think that 8-10 glasses would be minimum.

Secondly, EXERCISE is key. If there was one thing that I think could be recomended universally for everyone, as a magic bullet for health problems, it would be exercise. The problem is, it takes time and effort, so many don't do it. Do what you can, it is amazing what simple walking can do for you.

Best of luck!
