There are some good soup recipes in Fit for Life. You can find it at used book stores if you don't have one. In fact, I still make several recipes from that book.
Another good idea is to start by sauteing a chopped onion in your skillet, add other chopped vegetables like a cut up potato, broccoli, zucchini, celery, and/or cabbage. Add a little water and Braggs liquid aminos (optional) and a lid to steam the vegetables. Add a little whole Sea Salt and enjoy. We just have to think simpler to eat better.
