I feel much better today, though still not 100%. I went to the Chiropractor and had an adjustment. He commented that my glands were, 'up' and asked had I been sick? I told him I was zapping for around 20 hours a day and he said it was probably from the die off. I haven't done much in the way of cleansing - and certainly not recently, so i guess I'm paying for it, but it will be worth it!!! Today I have dioreah and I'm 100% certain that it's part of the cleaning out process.
An Ozoneator is the next thing on my list I think. A friend gave me some Ozoneated Olive-Oil samples. I used them around my eyes and I swear the fine lines reduced within 2 weeks!
