Just got in shovelling snow for the 3rd time today ( I live in Canada, ya know), and there is much much more to come. (If you were here I would hand you a shovel to work of the frustration I have been causing you). And then I turned the computer on and I got my head straightened, by you.(Actually, you made me laugh out loud, that's quite a thing, considereing the state I am in) Don't blame you one bit though for getting frustrated . Some things go in and out of my mind, not really bad, except that what stays is sometimes not worth keeping, and what does not stay could be a gem....
Now, you were loud and clear about the 3min. setting, I really got it this time, for keeps, thanks. I sort of suspected there had to be something happening in that 3 min. time frame...Boredom I have learned in meditation class is an O.K. experience, so I'll take both you's word for it....
Sorry about the shock, I have had one or two of those, one inch long scar to proof it.

Because the Beck settings are not curent reversal settings? Am I awake or still asleep?
Gosh, the snow storm out there is just wild, at least another inch came down just while writing this. Well,I am going for a rest. Maybe get bored with the godzilla? Way way better than.....
