Use the new modified zapping schedule. 7 minutes at 30 kHz, 7 minutes at 2.5 kHz, 16-20 minutes rest ( off ). Repeat at least 3 times.
Always! Drink Lots of water before and after zapping. Rest. Replinish intestinal inhabitants using Probiotics, Acidophillus, Yogurt, or Buttermilk. Whole milk will do in a pinch.
