what does zapper really do everyone?

i have been using super zapper deluxe for months and dont notice any changes at all. after re-reading literature, i find that this device does not reach stomach, intestines, liver, eyes, brain, nor any cysts that may contain parasites, thus para killking herbs are necessary. Can anyone tell me how the zapper is helping them? or is there a better device i cant get that will make a difference ? i'm getting impatient with using this device daily. I KNOW I have parasites.
