I have a question about what I am doing. this is about bowel system and Colon Cleanse the way I can do it. Ok unfortunately I dont have access to a enema bag and I also dont have access to a colonic treatment. so in the privacy of my own shower I insert the water into the rectem using the presure of the water flow I then fill the Canel with water until it starts to pop and then I try my uttermost to hang onto it for a second or so if not I then release the contents and I feel great and clean.

Forgive the detailed explaination All i need to know is what I am doing ok is what I am doing not harming myself. I have cancer and I am doing this on a daily basis. I find if I dont I dont go for about a week I need to get all the poisons out of me at every oportunity.
