That is the style that I use in Tucson and it is extremely effective. The water flow is continious like a little mole tunneling, chipping away debris. I have had some on the machine which were also effective, just partial to the gravity method and to saving the environment from all those plastic tubes. I autoclave. It's just a personal choice and who you are comfortable with. But get a colonic. Every human body needs them.
