Toddlers severe eczema around mouth

Please can anyone help? Our 2 year old son has had eczema since birth in all the usual places,back of knees,sideburns etc.We managed to get rid of it by homeopathy a year ago but 2 months back it returned with a vengance all around his mouth. His diet has not changed, we don't have any new things around the house.It isn't the same dry eczema as before it is like clusters of spots/rash. It seems more wet like it needs drying out but there is no crusting or oozing just bright red rash. Doc has tried antifungal, Antibiotics ,antihistamines. I only tried these as a last resort.No joy. I have tried, homeopathy, borage oil, burts bees, aloe vera etc etc, You name it. He tells me it burns and stings and he cries and screams when I even wash his face. Please help it is pitiful. Tweet
