Wow Newton..congrats on making it this far. I see you've experienced sewer bowel! From what I have been reading, the Liver Flush is a two day process. Others more experienced, pls correct me if Im wrong, but you eat normally until 2 pm, then take the Epsom Salt drink three times at specific times, then the olive oil mixture at a specific time then you lie down until the next morning when you have your last Epsom Salt drink. Eventually you resume normal eating that day, and the next day? you should pass the stones. It's explained here at curezone in the Liver Flush section. I have the exact link, but not on this computer. If hopinso's around, she's a fount of Liver Flush knowledge.

I'm going to do it this weekend, and I haven't done the parasite cleanse. It says to do it first, but some people don't, apparently, and I'm going to be one of them.

I think you're right about the kidneys having been cleansed on the MC.

We have raw foods experts on the board, so I won't answer on that one. I will say, though, that raw in a health food store is likely to be fresher than raw in a supermarket. Speaking of nuts. Really important not to eat rancid nuts and seeds...very toxic.
