Hi JJ39 -good luck on the cleanse! You finally got done taking all of your notes, huh?

I can't help with the protein thing but I can help with your other 2 questions - check out the next thread for the capsule thing - you don't have to measure - it's about 1/4 of a capsule. Anywhere between 1/4 to 1/3 filled with pepper will do the trick.

You can do the parastite cleanse during The Master Cleanse if you really want to, or you could wait until you're back on solids again. I would not eat any seeds or garlic, even though those are excellent parastite inhibitors - solid food of any kind is not supposed to be taken during the cleanse. The parasite formulas that are tinctures and capsules should be fine, though. If you do decide to go ahead with the parasite cleanse, make sure you take that salt water flush, because you don't want those dead critters hanging around in your intestines.
