Okay, well that would be divine in RESULTS, cause it's definitely not in TASTE! Yes - Stacy - drink it quickly. Hmmm 20 minutes, eh? ANd it's working for you, good. I crammed it down in 5 this morning and thought that was pretty slow - as I was under the impression every one else was super human and was able to drink it down like a shot of tequila or something.
Here's some more help and you can track the differences here:
day one - luke warm water, 1/2Q straight down, no stopping: very rumbly tumblies and lots of tummy tremors and about 4 hours later - nothing really too exciting. Half constipation, half heavy squishy fall to the bottom wormy looking things.
day two - it was so awful to drink on day one, I skipped it
day three - luke warm water, 3/4 Q: 1/2 straight down, then a lot of cussing and complaining, and then the rest of the 3/4 Q. I pooped, but there was cayenne pepper and B&Ps to factor in as well. Certainly no "SWF type results."
DAY FOUR - ho ho! Now we're talkin'! 1 full quart and 3 teaspoons of salt and I drank it whole thing down in just under 5 minutes. Instantaneous results (no kidding - kitchen --> straight upstairs to bathroom). In and out of the bathroom about 10 times for the next 45 minutes. Silt, mucus, liquid poop (all that hot water, I suppose). It got lighter and less with each quick trip in.
I also did it before I'd had any lemonade to drink. Plus, let's not forget the impact of the water temp, which anyone who read the other day's poop rope story knows what hot water will do! (LOL)
