I am starting tomorrow and it looks like I still need to run out and get the herbal lax and maybe gel caps to put the cayenne in so it won't be so hard to get it down.... I really want to see this thing though. Any suggestions to keep me from quiting??? Also I bought my grade b maple syrup from Trader Joe's. How to tell if it was made using the formaldehyde pellets??? The thought of that really makes me sick....but probably hard to tell...Makes you wonder how some of the other foods we have been consuming are prepared
