Good luck Owl. I hope all will go well with you this time. I think you made a very important point about having everything you need in place before starting a program like MC.I know on my first one I didn't have the laxative tea. I substituted Cascara capsules for the tea, but its better this time. Also I guess once you've invested in all the things you need, its an incentive to see it through until completion. Keep us posted on your progress.
