MoreWell, I'm back ;) My last Master-Cleanse ended at day 3 when the store I was getting my syrup from ran out...
I have everything I need and started again this morning. Going well so far, didn't even feel the need to eat when I made the kids breakfast this morning.. hehe.
I'm doing lemon/lime and I love them together though this time I am using more lime then lemon.
Will be off to the store later to get a skin brush since that dry skin brushing sounds like a good thing to do while on the cleanse.
My gallon of syrup got here thursday night was a nice surprise since I ordered it late Sunday, it took longer to get my tea from Drugstore.com =P
I used www.plummerssugarhouse.com/ and it was even on sale :)

I think you made a very important point about having everything you need in place before starting a program like MC.I know on my first one I didn't have the laxative tea. I substituted Cascara capsules for the tea, but its better this time. Also I guess once you've invested in all the things you need, its an incentive to see it through until completion. Keep us posted on your progress.

This is a reply to # 643,959Good luck Owl I'm on day 6. You were wise to get the gallon of maple syrup on sale. I have been running around getting tiny bottles for high prices and I even had to use grade A for 1.5 days it was too sweet and not as nurishing. Keep posting your progress.

Day one for me too, first time. The saltwater thing is ICKY - just couldn't get the last glass down, but my tummy is making A LOT of funny noises!
Everyone's experiences seem so mixed - discomfort/no discomfort, energy/very tired, hungry/not hungry and Chris - how's that rash? Sounds very uncomfortable and I hope you discover its source! Is anyone working during the day or are most of y'all taking time off from work?
Will this cleanse of parasites or does that need to be a separate thing? I am SO GROSSED out to think of these little icky bugs inside me......especially that HUGE MOUTHED hookworm....

This is a reply to # 644,012I am starting tomorrow and it looks like I still need to run out and get the herbal lax and maybe gel caps to put the cayenne in so it won't be so hard to get it down.... I really want to see this thing though. Any suggestions to keep me from quiting??? Also I bought my grade b maple syrup from Trader Joe's. How to tell if it was made using the formaldehyde pellets??? The thought of that really makes me sick....but probably hard to tell...Makes you wonder how some of the other foods we have been consuming are prepared
