Smooth Move is pretty good at what its supposed to do, but it won't ever be my favorite drink. I've heard that even some grocery stores carry it, although not around here. I had to order it on-line. Pigskins and pop are everywhere, but its almost impossible to find cleansing supplies in rural areas.
