i do not eat dairy and i do not drink soy either.
you can make your own coconut milk easily fill blender with water half full. add chunks of fresh coconut meat, or shredded will work also. add 2 tablespoons dark grade b maple syrup.blend. strain off pulp... set aside the fluid, repeat using the pulp a second time, then strain and add second liquid amt to first. mix it up enjoy.
for calcium from juicing/
you can get 4
oz broccoli juice , 9oz carrot juice/3oz celery
or 7oz carrots 6
oz apples and add (you r choice) 3
oz of any of ht efollowing spinach, paarsley or kale.
(these are recipes the calcium ones from the juiceman jucing recipes. i could go on endlessly about other ways to get calcium but youcan research that. look for calcium rich foods.
also get sun a tleast 20 minutes a day non filtered on your skin!! and in your eyes. i amnto thinking totally in right direaction here as to exactly wht it is but i knwo thie is somethign youneed to do to avoid vitamin d deficiency.
i eat onc ein a while a morningstar veggie burger (mayb eonc ea month) they are good tasting. mostly i eat beans in about anything
and lot sof good home made stew soups .
my daughter eats chili beans endlessly.
i make up my own coleslaw dressing and my cole slw i throw th e whole shebang in onions, kidney beans, cucumber, coleslaw carrots blanched green peas, dill weed, and about 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar/toss a lttlle syrup in to sweeten too (i liek the sour sweet taaste. tossit alltogether you get great crunch.
satisfies the chewing need. use olive oil on baked potaoes instead of maargarine etc/ i smash mine up, sprinkle on pepper, garlic, sweet basil and sweet oregano and then drizzle a very samll bit of oliv eoil to moisten it sooo good and light tasting .. jsut go very easy on th oil... just enough to moisssten it.
it is really easy to adjstu to changes/ after retrain your taste buds. when i wentno red meat i remmeber i tired a burger once after about 6months i had to spit out the first bite!! it tasted like poop smels very bad taste i willnever ever do that again it was so putrid. on cei n a while i willeat a fry and immedaitel y regret it they jstu taste liek pure gross fat.

Antibiotics and *shudder * it doens;t look appetizing to me at all !! when i can go home , have a frozen banana or fresh friut/pineapple/ juice up an apple /pear/lemon drink over ice is swonderful and refreshing and satisfie smy thirst on a hot day
instead of slabbing it with a fatty mucous blob flavored something.. i know this is lengthy i get on a band wagon, you hav eto drag me off !! good luck , make you won decisiona a litte at a time, read and write down thign s you like and set small goals for yourself. other wise you willhave too amny balls to juggle
to many changes at once. chosee 2-3 thigns to work on reducign at least and you will be on the road.
