Day 7 of Round 2

Here I am on the 7th day of my second Master Cleanse. I did my first Master-Cleanse last month for 10 days, then went on to a Liver Flush and two weeks of bowel and parasite cleansing. I felt like I needed to do more internal cleansing, and with some trepidation I began cleanse number 2. What has amazed me the most is how different my body's response has been this time. The first time I had severe headaches from the end of day one through day six. This time I only had dull headaches lasting only an hour or so, usually in the early hours of the morning. Last time my tongue was a fuzzy white and I had a metallic taste in my mouth; this time my tongue is a gross yellowish green and I often have the taste of infection, like when you have a sinus infection. I can only guess that I am on a different level of cleansing. The first five days of the first Master-Cleanse I was in a mental fog, followed by a great sense of clarity and well being. This time I have delt with depression, very bad on day three, I was scared, a lot of questioning about a lot of my beliefs, but also the ability to get into a deep meditative state at times. On a different level, the first fast I was the "butt pee" queen, nothing solid came out; this time I am releasing quite a bit a dark mucus and have quite a bit of pain in my bowels. I'm hoping this is a release of some mucoid plaque.
If I've learned one thing it is that every cleanse will be different. Just as each one of us has had different experiences, even the individual will have unique responses to each fast. I am planning to contiue this for five more days, then it will be time for my scheduled liver flush. I am hoping to do another fast sometime around the end of October before the holiday eating season kicks in; and another one in January. I believe do Master-Cleanse 2-4 times a year will work wonders in cleansing and staying healthy.
