You missed my point
Satan as a entity does not exist. All that exists is the idea of evil personified in a Lucifer-type being.
There is only one creative force in the universe and it contains all things. Positive and negative. You choose to define and worship it in one way, I choose to define and acknowledge it in another way. I do not worship in your sense, as I do not personify the 'Creative Force' into a vengeful, jealous God. I endeavor to commune, to pray and listen, to live my life in a positive and productive manner, with love, compassion and tolerance for all.
That, BTW, is the message behind the teachings of Jesus. He was the perfect example to strive towards and he taught the many earthly ways towards spiritual growth and progress. I strive for progress, not perfection. Perfection is idealized and unattainable in the physical world, however I do my best.
Edgar Cayce said that "Christhood" is the goal which every human should strive for. Jesus was simply the first evolved human to attain it. Cayce referred to Jesus as our "elder brother" and "the pattern" for our own spiritual growth.
Works for me.
