at last!! I am so excited to have a like-minded soul to communicate with on this topic! My old friend who felt like I do has been away from the website for awhile.

And you are quite correct...it is indeed a fundamentalist forum, but I warn you...they do not like to be called such...they consider themselves the "true Christians" everyone else is either a heretic or heathen or "wolf in sheep's clothing" or even a demon. LOL!

I really don't want to get into the labeling of who is what,etc...there has been enough of that on here....and there is no real debate possible, only judgement *sigh* Therefore, I have stayed away....but it is a shame, because anyone viewing this forum who is searching for Truth, specifically the Truth about Christianity, will not find it, but only a very limited and extreme version. again *sigh*

The Gnostics, the Essenes and the Gospel of Thomas are my favorite as well. Wow, do I resonate with these scriptures....I actually have the book somewhere at home "The Gospel of Peace of Jesus Christ". I need to find it and read again......thank you for the reminder. and thanks for the link!!
