Hi Karen I've just finished the lemonade fast. I did 20 days. I feel fine. The easy answer is what is your body telling you. I think someone has already made these points so I won't go over them again. Also the color of your toungue is a good indicator. When it turns pink then most of the toxins have been flushed.
