I love your sidebar comment, how true it is!

Proverbs 10:10-12
10People who wink at wrong cause trouble, but a bold reproof promotes peace.[1]
11The words of the godly lead to life; evil people cover up their harmful intentions.
12Hatred stirs up quarrels, but love covers all offenses.

You know, only ignorance would lead to such a conversation. Jesus Christ did not smoke pot, He did not have sex, He didn't partake of any worldly thing. He was pure, if He hadn't been pure, then He could not have been the ultimate sacrifice and atone for our sins. I know that it is blasphemous for you or any other person that claims to be "Christian" to make such evil assumptions of our LORD and SAVIOUR. With out Him, we would be nothing.

Romans 8:10-12
10 Since Christ lives within you, even though your body will die because of sin, your spirit is alive because you have been made right with God. 11 The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as he raised Christ from the dead, he will give life to your mortal body by this same Spirit living within you.
12 So, dear brothers and sisters, you have no obligation whatsoever to do what your sinful nature urges you to do.


According to this passage of scripture {and many others} God resides in us. Why on earth would we want to harm ourselves and God's "Temple" by knowingly consuming poison?

1 Corinthians 6:19-20
19 Or don't you know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, 20 for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.

So what surprises me more, is that a bunch of so called health freaks are trying to endorse smoking pot and taking other poisons into our bodies through Jesus Christ.

Nothing short of ignorance!
