10 DAY MC Completed, 1st DAY OFF - 2 Questions

10 days on MC, completed
It was a good experience. I feel great.
I started the OJ this morning and it taste AWESOME.
I am still taking the Cayanne Gelcaps.

I will be "moving" (haha) into a bowel & parasite next.

Question #1
When should I start the B&P shakes and the parasite protocol ?

Should I do the 3 days of OJ & Broth to get my digestive system into a routine again, and then go into bowel/ parasite when the 3 days are complete.
OR
Should I start the bowel/parasite protocol now, while I'm doing the 3 day OJ/Broth ?

B&P 1st day 1 - 2nd day 2 an so on... up to no more then 5 a day...... FOR HOW MANY DAYS ????
