Re: Raw flax seed: poisonous!!

All I know is that every time I went to my kinesiologist he told me my liver is weak, until I read about flax seed oil and cottage cheese. I ate the two combined for a week before going back to him and he asked what I had been doing because my liver was strong! I ran out of f.s.o. and quit taking it for a while and the next time I went back, my liver was weak again. When I started taking it again my liver was strong. Since my weak liver affected so many other glands and organs (thyroid, adrenal, ovaries, pituitary, parotid, etc.) it is important for me to keep it strong, and this is the only thing that has worked for me.
In the article, he mentions that he is referring to "oxidized" flax seed oil. Doesn't that mean the same as rancid or spoiled??? OF COURSE THAT IS GOING TO BE BAD FOR YOU!!! Anything that is spoiled is bad for you and can cause problems last I knew! Who wrote that article, an M.D. trying to keep us sick so that he can keep his job? Thanks for your concern, but personally, I'll still be taking my flax seed oil.
