I could not believe the post here that spoke of flaxseed oil as poisonous.
Please, do not believe this rubbish.

Understand, any oil is toxic when it is rancid, and most store bought oils are rancid.
Use only high lignan, cold pressed, (recently pressed) flax seed oil found in the refrigerated section of the health food store. Check the expiration date, make sure it is fresh.
This oil saved my life. I am a naturopathic physician, and had late stage breast cancer. A protocol of the cottage cheese and flaxseed oil diet, including other dietary changes, reversed my breast cancer, with NO Surgery!
