I did the flush without zapping first. I did do a parasite cleanse though, for a few weeks before the flush. I use Michael's Paraherb", but there are a lot of good combinations on the market, or you can follow HC's protocol.

I am sure you will start feeling better when you start doing all these things. Zapping makes a huge difference for me; I am feeling better all the time!
