i changed my diet, with some good gut responses, such as losing weight. i cut out soft drinks, greasy things like fries, sugary things like snacks and sugared tea and candy, and whole milk. i eat mostly foods that break down on their own, like fruits, vegetables, some chicken and tuna, cottage cheese, cheese, beans, and nuts. my weight came off in about a week in a half. you ask how much? i didn't count, but i was in my 190's and now im in my 170's. so perhaps five pounds at first, then more later. this was because i got scared after reading what food does to you on the internet, and i knew i didn't want to end up in the hospital with doctors who were part of a system. i was also feeling sick with allergies, and didn't have much of an appetite anyway. one minor problem is finding things to eat. tigerfish
