EVERYONE PLEASE READ: A few questions I need to know :)
I have been having a few questions I keep forgetting to ask all of you for the past few weeks... here goes!
1. When do all of you have your gallstone attacks? The reason I ask is because I ALWAYS have mine between 3-6 AM, everytime I've had one (and I've had about 10). It always wakes me up from my sleep, I've never had one during the day. Are you all the same way? Does anyone know why?
2. I left out the
Epsom Salts on my second flush like a dummy because I hated the taste. I realize now that it was VERY stupid of me and flat dangerous. So, a few days after that flush I was very constipated and didn't feel well for about 5-6 days. I finally drank the
Epsom Salts and felt a little better, but I kept taking about 1-2 tbs. of
Epsom Salts a day for about 3-4 days until I felt completely well again. And yesterday I just did another flush and passed 235 stones. So now I am thinking, "Gosh I have had an awful lot of epsom salts this past week." Is too much of that bad for you? Can you take too much of it? Will my body get used to having the epsom salts if I keep taking it this much and will I get constipated when I stop taking it tonight? Is this too much salt for my system?
3. I am still confused about this question: Why is it that when you eat fattening foods like fast food that you have gallstone attacks, butt when you have olive oil or other good fats, it doesn't bother you? They are both fats right?
4. After I finally get all my stones out, will they keep building up on me? Since I will keep eating well and low fat, will this be a continuing problem for me? Or, will my body see that I am consuming a lot less fat than I used to, and stop making so much bile? Or will I have to just start consuming a lot more good fats to control the stones?
Any and all responses to my questions are GREATLY appreciated!!! You are all a tremendous help to me and I am very grateful for this website!!!
Have a good day! -Val
