Good dream,did you put acid in your OO/GFJ mix?It always amazes me how our thoughts get interpeted in dreams.I count the small stones but not the chaff like stuff.Yes,the green stuff is cholesterol.I saw a interesting article in a post on this forum that suggested that the liver makes these cholesterol stones and stores them in case the body needs it.Cholesterol is very important and it seems the liver and the body want to make sure we have enough at all times.Kind of like canning food for the lean times.
