Hi everyone,
I started my second flush on Labor day Monday and this morning (Tuesday @ 9am) I passed 250 peanut, pea & split pea size green stones then hundreds I do mean hundreds or seed/grain size stones with some chaff and sand looking stuff. WOW man, I was so elated!!!
I am definitely a FIRM believer that this stuff WORKS!! I did exactly like the first flush, Drank apple juice the day before and day of flush, ate oatmeal ALL day until 2pm drank water & apple juice during the day, GF/ES 6-8pm GF/OO 10pm went to bed. felt a little quizzy but not much. fell to sleep. Woke up @ 8am drank GF/ES. 9am, I felt the earge to splerg and walla, lime green nuggets. I of course scoped them up in a jar and picked one from the bunch, forest green in the middle. What is that? Is it cholesterol? 10am GF/ES and continued to pass stones until I got all together close to 400-600 stones if you count the seed/grain ones. Do you count those too? If so, I got a lot out this go around and I am feeling quite proud of myself right about now.
I DID IT, AGAIN!!!! I will do this every two weeks until I see no stone. I think I will start feeling even better this time. I started to notice after the first flush and I got over the light weight healing crisis that some of my symptoms were starting to fade away(Brain/eye fog so important to me) and I am so thankful to God and you guys for your help and support. I have told my family & friends about you and about the flush and I have them ready to start with me on my next flush. Isn't that a blessing, I did surgery on myself(Naturally)without getting cut on.
One more thing I wanted to tell you all. I had a dream last night(more like a nightmare)after taking my GF/OO mix. I was dreaming that some friends and I were in this apartment complex going up some stairs that were white concrete steep 2-3 feet apart and when we got to the top, We were outside in the sunshine. Some voo-doo people took two of my friend (Some people I never laid eyes on) and tied there hands behind their back and straped them to some kind of wooden stakes because the voo-doo people were going to cut their livers out of them. I escaped and was trying to find someone to help me get my friends free. So then I found someone courages enough to help, but then I woke up. Was that an incredible dream or what?

Hi there,
I have completed my second Liver Flush and I've noticed after my first flush two weeks ago and getting over a brief one week healing crisis, my SEVERE BRAIN/EYE FOG is going away. It is really tripping me out because out of all my MANY devastating symptoms, this was one that really worried me. I have never had eye problems before and always had PERFECT vision. Thought you might want to hear this, Andreas Moritz was right, sweep the liver clean and get rid of the bugs( parasites & candida)

MoreThis is a reply to # 621,054Hi Robbie. I'm curious - what do you mean exactly by brain/eye fog? Headaches? Fuzzy vision? trouble with memory? I know that in chinese medicine the liver is connected with the eyes. I have REALLY dry eyes, and I know it's liver. I can't tolerate contact lenses at all. I'm hoping I will be able to once I get my liver cleaned out. Am also hoping my headaches will get better. I'm doing my second flush this weekend! Hoping for good results like yours. The first one was productive, but not as much as I had hoped.

My brain/eye fog is like someone poured grey painted in my head & eyes. Very foggy vision most of the time with my head. I was living in a grey world sort to speak. I hope this a good enough analogy. My memory is improving and so is the mental confusion. After my first flush, there was an increase in my symptoms because of the massive ampout of toxins being released, but after enema and drinking water, it went away. This time, after my 10am gf/es drink I drank the electrlite recipe Tracey posted with the potato skins, celery, carrots parsely, garlic & onions. This is how I made it and it seems to really work.
I heard the same thing about the eyes connected to the liver so maybe that's why I got such good results. You will too! Keep flushing

Frozen stones may slightly change the color, but will keep the shape! - freeze them! Me_Fil

This is a reply to # 621,055I've tried all sorts of ways (water, oil, drying them, formaldehyde!!, freezing) and freezing works the best. Formaldehyde works too but there's no need (my doctor gave me a container just to try it out).

This is a reply to # 621,052I am soo happy for you that this flush worked. I am getting ready to do another one this Friday/Saturday. My first one was successful but I want this next one to be even more successful.
My first and last flush I did the Hulda Clark 's flush but it only calls for grapefruit only once and I take that with olive oil. It appears as though you took the grapefruit with your Epsom Salts ? Was this to enhance the flavor and also, did you do the grapefruit and olive oil drink?
One more thing, did you eat oatmeal from a healthfood store? I have the regular "quaker oats" oatmeal (not from a healthfood store)- will that work? And did you put anything in it?

Yes I did The Clark Flush . I used the grapefruit with Epsom Salt and olive oil. next time I think I will use apple juice with the Epsom Salt because my 8am & 10am gf/es drinks were a little hard to bare but I endured them.
Yes, You could use store bought oatmeal. The oatmeal was the safest thing I could eat so that I would not eat fats & protein to release any bile. I wanted this flush to work, And it DID, HALLELUJAH!!!
I am resting pretty much today. I feel s so good and so will you. I can't wait to hear your flush result this weekend, so keep us posted.

This is a reply to # 621,093How much grapefruit did you put with your Epsom Salt mixture? And does adding the grapefruit make the flush more successful or did you alter it just for the taste? I am so excited to do this flush and want the most benefits as possible.
Also, with your oatmeal did you put anything in it or just water and oatmeal?

I squeezed 3/4 cup of grapefruit juice for all my Epsom Salt mixes and olive oil mix. It was for tast but next time I will use apple juice for the Epsom Salt next time for better taste. Also for the malic acid and dissolving the stones. I expect this will be even a better flush, so I don't really know if the grapefruit juice is better, only better than just water.
I steamed cut up apples and raisins witha little nutmeg & cinnimin in the oatmeal. It was very delicious and I will do this all the time.
Let me know what your plan of attack is.

This is a reply to # 621,052Good dream,did you put acid in your OO/GFJ mix?It always amazes me how our thoughts get interpeted in dreams.I count the small stones but not the chaff like stuff.Yes,the green stuff is cholesterol.I saw a interesting article in a post on this forum that suggested that the liver makes these cholesterol stones and stores them in case the body needs it.Cholesterol is very important and it seems the liver and the body want to make sure we have enough at all times.Kind of like canning food for the lean times.
