Hi Ronnie,
It's been a while since I heard from you. How are you doing? I hope everythings going well for you.
I hate to hear you had such a bad experience from juicing as I have heard so many wonderful health benefits from it and can't imagine why something something so natural would cause you so much pain, unless it was one of those healing crisis we go through as a result of us healing from dis-ease. I have noticed a difference in my many symptoms as far as more energy, lessoned brain fog and more. I heard of a Doctor that had cancer healed his cancer just by juicing carrots for 40 days. I can't remember his name but if you are interested I will find the article for you.
Most of us dont get all the veggies & fruit daily we need in our diets and this a great way to get them.
My daily morning juice consist of:
1- carrot
1/2 tomato
celery
1-cucumber
1-lemon
1-green apple

Sounds to me that you had a healing crisis after even 6 months of juicing you can still have those periodic cycles of healing. People have cured CHRONIC dis-ease from juicing. I have learned to notice the difference between the dis-ease and the healing reaction that resembles the dis-ease. The symptoms visit you again and when you are cleansing(Juicing is a great form of cleansing) you go through these crisis as the body rids itself of toxic waste and so this crisis is a good sign that you are healing and the cleansing/improved diet is WORKING. Some mistake this as a bad thing because we were taught to believe that symptoms are bad and to suppress them or abandon our quest for better health and we take herbs or drugs for relief and even stop our cleansing thinking that this is causing us more grief when in fact it is doing the opposite.
I will continue to juice because it is giving me the nutrientd I need and have been starving for for a long time which is why I am in this state in the first place.
I will post an article on healing crisis below this message so that we all can understand that this must happen although sometimes uncomfortable it is for our good and in our best interest.
