Re: Should I expect pain during cleanse? Me no like pain!

I did the apple juice instead of lemon or grapefruit juice because I have a bladder condition called interstitial cystitis. It is aggravated by citric acid and if I drank any citrus juice I would literally have to go to the hospital for a demerol shot. But the malic acid in the apples is not so bad for me, though it does make my bladder flare, it goes away in a day or so.

My last flush I drank apple juice/ Epsom Salts every other hour until 8 pm (3 times). At 10 PM I drank 1/2 cup apple juice and 1/2 cup olive oil mixed together. I drank another apple/epsom mix in the am when I got up. That worked well for me, though tomorrow night I plan to drink the apple/epsom mix at 7 and 9 pm and then take the olive oil/apple juice at 10 PM. I think drinking the Epsom Salts closer to the olive oil is a good idea.

I'm not sure about the fasting, because I just stopped eating at 2 pm. I think it's good to have something flush out the stones. If you didn't eat anything, would the stones just sit there because nothing would be moving it out? Just a thought. I eat high fiber bread for breakfast & lunch on the days I flush. It worked for me.
