Is there a maximun intake of ES for men and pregnant woman?

Question:

Is there a maximun intake of ES for men and pregnant woman?

Answer:

Every person is different, and every person should find his/her maximum dose of epsom salt.

Question:

Is there a maximun intake of ES for pregnant woman?

Answer:

Pregnant woman can do the cleanse, if she is healthy and strong, but should first test herself on small amount of all the ingredients, for several days.
She should be physically active, walking every day, and able to walk at least 5 km a day.

She should be increasing amount of oil every next day, until she can tolerate 10 or 20 tbsp a day.

If she can take 1teasp of ES a day with no problems, and 10 to 20 tbsp of oil daily, then she is well enough to do the cleanse with no problems.
She should drink a lot of water, and watch her diet!

For pregnant woman, it is enough with 1 tbsp of ES in the evening, and 1 tbsp of Epsom Salts in the morning, when doing cleanse.
(1/2 of the standard dose)

If she is extremely sensitive to Epsom Salts . them 1/4 of the standard dose should be enough.

Same with kids doing cleanse.

Just my opinion
