hello,

i want to do a Liver Flush but do not like the idea of taking in magnesium sulfat. is it effective to use natural Sea Salt as well? up to 2% of magnesium sulfat is found in Sea Salt , how much is that compared to epsam salt and how much would I have to take in for every flush?
